It is our philosophy that the development of the individual as a whole being is attained through the enrichment of the social, intellectual aspects of his/her nature. Our philosophy comes from the celebration of life through love, respect, caring, and sharing.

Our Benefits

We offer only full- time care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers ages from 6 weeks to 60 months. For children ages 6 to 13 years of age we offer, before and after school care during the school year. In addition, we offer full – time care for school age children for all school breaks (spring, winter, and summer), school holidays, teacher workdays, professional development, and school closures.

  • Social & Fun

We offer field trips, indoor and outdoor play, and interactive activities.

  • Safe Enviroment

Due to Covid 19, we ensure rigorous cleaning standards are maintained in every space throughout the center, to keep everyone healthy.

  • Caring Staff

We believe in positive partnerships with families and will always maintain open communication with you. We promise to work in partnership with you to support your child’s developing mind and abilities.

Our teaching method

Meet Our Team

TALYA employs the number of child care staff members needed to meet staff/child ratios for the Center’s licensed capacity.

Child care staff members shall be assigned to a group of children and shall have regularly assigned working hours to give continuity of care and supervision to the children. However, our classroom ratios are often lower than State of Ohio’s licensing ratios.

At Taylor Act of Learning (Yeladim) Academy we seek highly trained and dedicated staff. All lead teachers possess a CDA or Bachelor’s degree. We understand the importance of a child’s developmental stages from birth to five years of age. We aim to work with families to ensure their child thrives during these transitional years. Through love, care, and compassion our staff is able to meet the needs of diverse families.
