Meet Our Team

TALYA employs the number of child care staff members needed to meet staff/child ratios for the Center’s licensed capacity.

Child care staff members shall be assigned to a group of children and shall have regularly assigned working hours to give continuity of care and supervision to the children. However, our classroom ratios are often lower than State of Ohio’s licensing ratios.

At Taylor Act of Learning (Yeladim) Academy we seek highly trained and dedicated staff. All lead teachers possess a CDA or Bachelor’s degree. We understand the importance of a child’s developmental stages from birth to five years of age. We aim to work with families to ensure their child thrives during these transitional years. Through love, care, and compassion our staff is able to meet the needs of diverse families.
